Audit Supervisor

Job summary

An Audit Supervisor is a major contributor to the growth, efficiency, profitability, and quality of our Audit & Assurance team. They work alongside team members in various departments in a supportive environment that embraces service quality and career growth. The Audit Supervisor oversees audit planning, field work, and audit reporting; prepares reports, and communicates findings and recommendations to line and senior management. In this role, the candidate will review audit work papers to ensure compliance with the department's methodology. Achieving a high-level of client satisfaction is the utmost priority for this role, while managing within budgetary and time constraints.

Essential Duties

Position Requirements

  • Audit experience in public accounting or internal audit
  • CPA license
  • 4+ years of audit experience in public accounting or internal audit
  • BS Degree (required)
  • Demonstrated technical abilities in select areas. Good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research, and communications skills.
  • Must be able to effectively work with new and changing situations including new industry regulations.
  • Must be able to view controls issues and concerns from the perspective of the Audit Team and Senior Management.
  • Flexibility, team attitude, desire for growth, and exemplary client service.
