Kassouf & Co. seeks a talented and critical thinking individual to join our tax team. Prepare complex tax returns for businesses including, but not limited to, S-corporations, C-corporations, partnerships, non-profits
Review the preparation of income tax returns prepared by Staff I or Staff II.
Assist with coordination of engagements including client contact, staff requirements, documentation, and timing.
Work with more experienced team members to research and solve difficult tax issues to develop the best solutions for clients.
Supervise activities of less experienced staff while working on special projects.
Begin building strong client relationships to be viewed as a trusted advisor.
Obtain skills to promote the firm, attract new clients, and expand business with existing clients.
Education and Credentials:
BA or BS degree in Accounting or related field, from accredited college/university
Active CPA License preferred
2-4 years public accounting experience (preferred)

Ability to work effectively with co-workers, staff, and clients
Knowledge of accounting software packages and MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
